Welcome to CreativeLaunch. I won’t do the whole “I’ve been dreaming of this moment” thing. Truth is, CreativeLaunch didn’t start as a grand vision, it started because every brand I’ve helped with marketing over the years kept asking me the same question:
“How do I get more customers?”
What I learned helping 100’s of brands answer that single question was that the ACTUAL underlying question all along was:
“Who are my customers?”
The brands that figured this out, never had problems scaling, high CAC, or product development. They were always ahead of other players in their space, had complete clarity of how to grow, shifted their growth targets up (not down), and were growing in markets that others seemed to struggle in. These brands didn’t necessarily have the best products, but they had the best marketing. And to have the best marketing, you have to know who you’re marketing to.
So CreativeLaunch was born out of a simple frustration:
Why doesn’t everyone use paid ads to learn, not just to sell?
Paid ads are the world’s most honest feedback loop. People click, or they don’t. They buy, or they don’t. There’s no ego, no focus-group bias, no “my friend said.” Just real humans making real decisions in real time with real dollars (without being influenced by a person in the sales process). It’s one-to-many. It’s measurable. It’s agile. It’s fast. And if you’re bad at it, it’s expensive.
Our vision is to become the customer-understanding system for modern brands.
A system that answers:
Who buys?
Why do they buy?
Where can you find more of them?
What message makes them care?
What creative moves them to act?
What offer converts them now?
And eventually:
How to collect content from those customers
How to use that content to acquire more customers
How to automate experimentation
How to benchmark across brands
How to unlock category-level insights
We want to help every business on the internet understand who its customers are, why they buy, and how to reach them (without guessing).
